John was so patient and kind and did a wonderful job moving very heavy bedroom furniture. I forgot that the set that I bought was in an upstairs bedroom, but John didn't flinch. He handled it well and never complained once or threatened to charge extra. He was so helpful and nice on the phone and in person. He was exactly where he was supposed to be, on time, and at the right place. I would hire him again!
