Marcus and Tas were the biggest help and life saver anyone could ever ask for! Marcus is definitely a professional loader, he did me a solid by strategically loading my 1 bedroom apartment perfectly into the the uhaul truck. I would sell the contents of my house before ever using these people again. This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had, especially during a stressful time of moving. I used the company for packing and moving the household items into pods. First, they were 2 hours late on both days. I was on a tight schedule with pod pick up and delivery and they couldn’t have cared less. They were not professional packers. I had to show one how to use the tape dispenser! No rhyme or reason to how they packed…they basically just threw stuff in boxes. They came back the next day to move boxes and furniture into the pods. Again, 2 hours late. The only reason I let them continue was because I had no back up available to take their place. They had zero supplies. I had a lot of supplies, but was told they would have supplies for purchase, if needed. Wrong. Literally, all they had was a hand truck. No straps, no sliders, nothing. The pods were packed so poorly that I truly dread opening them after they get to the new house. They were just shoving stuff in there and flinging mattresses on top. I was stunned! I can’t even describe the horrid way they packed the wall art. Save yourself from the same terrible experience and do not hire these “movers”!

Marcus and Irvin showed up in time and got straight to work. After laughing at my attempt to start packing , the corrected my fiasco and loaded our entire house in less than two hours .
They were professional , respectful and very hard working. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for helpers to move.

Got what we needed loaded into the storage unit. Due to traffic they were a bit over an hour late, so my wife and I had already unloaded a decent bit of the truck by the time they arrived. Biggest downside is having to pay for 2 hours of work when it only took 50 minutes (plus the hour my wife and I moved).

Originally scheduled to arrive 8-9 am, did not arrive until almost 10:30, stating the job before ours required an extra hour. Not sure what time they started that job, as they were over an hour away from our location to begin with, so hard to believe they had another job earlier than 8 am that morning. They did call & say they were running late. When they arrived, one guy worked fairly hard getting all of our heavy furniture in the house and was friendly & respectful. The other guy was very slow, did not seem happy at all to be here and did the bare minimum of work.
I would not recommend them and would not hire them again.

The guys were on time, friendly, funny, and hustled. It took less than an hour to unload my POD. They worked well together. It was nice having someone who took pride in what they do. Will definitely call again when my lease is up.

All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
