The crew of three were on time extremely quick and efficient. So good that we hired them again to finish our move!

Showed up mostly on time. One young man showed up before the others left to grab a bite but when the other three showed up he was here shortly. It started well but shortly into the unload they started arguing with each other. First, it was about religion then other things. They still were working quick to empty containers. They didn't place things against the walls so eventually the rooms was full and furniture was left in hallways. One man left early as he wasn't feeling well. The team leader was working injured and that kept him from some of the heavier items. They took several smoke breaks.
At one point the lead started arguing with one of the young men and yelling. The one he was arguing with had shown me respect when giving directions and asked several questions. I didn't have a issue with hm.
I asked them to take the fight outside they shouldn't be doing this in front of a customer. They did go outside but I could hear the yelling and the Lead made this young man go wait in the car.
There are at least 10 places where the walls are damaged mostly marks but two or three with drywall missing. The lead took pictures and said I would hear from someone and as of today I haven't heard anything.
At the end the bill was for 4 men for 3 hours but I fought that since one left after just over an hour and the other was in a car waiting on a mini suspension. I spoke with Kevin from the office and told him my feelings and complained about the price since one left and another was sat down before the end of the contract. I was refunded $89 dollars.
Then the next day as we were unpacking we found 11 boxes still in the pod. Not the garage items we asked to leave in there the boxes were dishes and China.
I was asked early on during the day to make sure I gave them a 5 rating so they would get more jobs. Then I was also asked by Kevin after our conversation where I explained the day and what happened if I would still give a 5 rating. I might have tried to help them but when we found the damage and the boxes still in the container I just couldn't give a high grade.

They were very hard workers. Kind, courteous and listened to our request when we had one. They were gentle with our furniture and really seemed to care. We would definitely use them again.

The team arrived on time, worked hard and got the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The only downside was finding the right tool to take one bed apart, which had a bolt or screw that was very tight. This ate up a little time, but wasn’t really their fault.
I’m a stickler for keeping stuff clean, (especially when you have to store stuff at a facility), and the only thing I would recommend is finding a good way to carry wobbly mattresses that may end up with holes in the plastic mattress covers due to moving and steadying the mattress.
Overall, the team was friendly and easy to work with!

Got to work right away I needed extra time and they stayed until finished with extra cost which I was happy to agree with.
I will need them again in a few months to load a storage onto my U-Haul truck to transport
This is the 2nd time I have used them and would not hesitate to recommend.
