Called to let us know that they would be a few minutes late due to a major accident on the highway and showed up exactly when they said. Prepared with tools and great attitudes even as they worked both smart and hard to finish the job. Very respectful of all property including walls and door frames. Will definitely call them again!

They arrived on time, got right to work and were very pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great in general. They treated everything with respect and didn't damage any of the boxes or furniture, or existing paint/walls/doors, etc...but because they didn't pay attention to outside markings on boxes, some boxes were placed in rooms where they didn't belong. I would absolutely use them again - and give more guidance. The owner is great and listens to what you need. I'd give them five stars if it weren't for the to-ing and fro-ing I had to do because kitchen boxes were placed in a bedroom. When Move Part Deux happens I will call them and use them again with no hesitation.

My move was a tough job and the men went above and beyond to take care of my things and make me feel comfortable. The men were hard working and respectful. I was confident in the men from the get go and I really appreciate their help making my moving day stress free. Thank you.

The last time I moved I used a moving company. Since this was to be a 5 mile move I used this company. I spoke with Duane (Woody) and he assured me that he and two helpers would arrive between 1 and 2 pm. The day of the move arrived and Duane called and stated that he was stuck at another job and that he would have to send his helpers. He then called back at 2 and stated that out of the three that were coming that one called in sick and that they were finding a third person. Well, the crew called at 2:05 and said that they would be there at 2:25. They did not get here until 3:00. When they arrived they thought that they were just going to be loading a truck, they had no idea that they were to load and unload also. The boys were quite small and had a hard time moving stuff as most of the furniture was heavy. My husband was helping with a lot of the heavier items......(I felt bad for him, but nothing would have gotten moved without his help). The other boy that came with the boys stood around a lot and had to be motivated to help. I do think that he might not have done this line of work before. The first item that they moved they forgot to tape the drawers shut and ended up breaking one of the drawers. I was so upset but didn't let on as we had to get this one the move. I only booked them for 4 hours and they way this was going already I knew it was going to be longer. We did get done but about 45 mins later than the time booked. We did not get charged for the extended time due to them being so late. If we would have I would have not paid any way due to the one guy standing around and not doing much. Unfortunately I will not used this company again due to the person first of all not coming and then just adding another guy to the mix that obviously had no idea how to move anything. One of the movers did mention that the owner does not tell him the truth about the moves a lot and he said that it would be the last time that he worked for him. Over all the boys were nice, but I need bigger men to move furniture so my husband doesn't have to help. I felt that part of the money that we had to pay should have gone to the hubby and to me as I had to help too!!!! Will not use them again.

Mover's response:
Some days are diamonds and some days are stones.........obviously this wasn't one the great ones. I apologize for any disappointments.

They arrived two and a half hours late. Crew chief seemed very experienced, but other team members not so much. SC heat took it's toll as unloading continued. Crew chief did the extra things necessary to complete the job. We felt like the team had not worked together. Overall they worked hard but just not as efficiently as we felt they should have. We appreciated the fact that they drove from Asheville, NC to do the job. It seemed like the crew chief's regular crew didn't show for him, if regular crew were available we would use again.

Mover's response:
Thank You for your insights. I appreciate the honesty and yes you're right. Most of the time the boss has to set the pace and pick up the slack because leading by example is supposed to work but the moving industry and yes, the weather can have an extreme effect on the guys. Thanks Again!

These guys were respectful and fast working. They didn't waste any time at all. They were friendly to our 3 kids and I was comfortable and felt safe with them in my home. They had a GPS issue with directions which caused a delay in arrival, but they called before they were delayed and informed me of the delay. In no way is this a negative thing. It shows great responsibility and professionalism on their part to call ahead to inform us about the delay. In my mind they were on time. I will hire these guys again when we move again.

Mover's response:
We appreciate all your confidence and Thanks for the review!
