The movers were fine, though definitely not the best I have ever hired, as other reviewers have said.
They showed up 45 minutes late, and that was after I called them to ask if they could come earlier and I was told that they thought I had cancelled my reservation! Had I not called, I am not sure they would have shown up! This is even after I confirmed the move with them the day before via e-mail. This was incredibly frustrating.
They worked quickly and were careful not to bump walls or doors too much. However, they did not help to unwrap wrapped items, as I had expected, which caught me somewhat by surprise.
Overall, they were efficient and respectful, which was appreciated. I think I should have been refunded some of the price because they were so late without any fault on my part, but I am not sure who to contact about that.
