Turned out I was not ready for the movers on time. So my fortune was good when Elite called ahead of time to say that they were running a little behind on another job. These things happen. The takeaway here was Elite made proactive contact, rather than leave me guessing and trying to find them-good business! The two of them were respectful and polite, and worked well as a team. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I am disappointed with the service I received. Darryl did call and text me letting me know they were running late due to weather which was fine. I appreciated the heads up. They arrived 45 minutes late. When I was discussing that I had items that needed to be loaded onto the truck to take to storage after the truck was unloaded, I was told the job was just for unloading even though I had stated in the description that some loading was needed. They were hired and paid for 2 hrs and it wasn't going to take 2 hrs to unload a 16 foot rental truck. Darryl finally agreed and said he would load items as well as long as time permitted. Both Darryl and the person assisting him were friendly. Unfortunately, they were not gentle with some of the items. My daughter's ride-in toy car was tossed around and hit the ground several times. Bags were tossed/dropped on the ground. That was fine for blankets/clothing, but some of the bags consisted of desk/office supplies. The guy assisting Darryl dropped my exercise bike. I didn't check it at the time, but when I went to move it after they left, I noticed a big crack on it. Also, the assistant had broken a piece off of my storm door. They were here the full 2 hours, but I feel like I paid a place $250 to damage my stuff.
We staged furniture you had inside to the outer portion of house, unloaded your truck, then loaded up the furniture that was staged previously. Sorry you felt that you had a bad experience, but to my understanding we did a fantastic job! and like I mentioned before when we were leaving there was nothing said and you seemed pretty pleased. I still would like to thank you for your business and we will utilize this experience to help the business grow and continue to strive and be more productive. Enjoy the rest of your day.
