They were late because they had problem finding address.
I gave them a fairly detail list of items and I specifically asked them to bring a furniture dolly and a hand truck. They only brought one hand truck. It was fortunate that the apartment building is next to a Costco warehouse. I borrowed two carts to help move the items.
Darryl is very good and is an experienced mover. He is fast and efficient. His helpers are okay.
