They were great.. my first company i booked cancelled on me last minute so My Moving People came to my rescue. They were very professional and took great care with all my items. They also were very patient with how i wanted the items unloaded and placed in the storage unit. Most importantly they showed genuine concern for me. I would definitely recommend this company.

I did not get the kind of service I was looking for. I have seen many movers over the years, my daughter is a government contractor and moves a lot.
I was very disappointed in your service, they were two hours late and spent lots of time deciding how to load the truck, wasted time.
I did not have a lot to move and from my passed experience they should have been in and loaded in less the two hours.
I ask them to make sure they covered my soft to protect it, when I looked at the truck later my soft had no cover.
I will take pictures before and after the truck is unloaded. The truck will not be unloaded until May 8.

Pat, a bit confused with 2*s! Our men worked hard with limited resources on your part...undersized truck, moving heavy furniture down 3 flights of stairs etc. etc. you are even complaining that we finished in the time allotted. They had a good experience moving your items and the time spent with you was favorable. Every now and then a customer's job takes a longer time than expected for multiple reasons, so.. We apologize for start time although you were kept abreast of the situation before yo
