They arrived on time and worked very hard. We are definately calling them again. They were very careful with our furniture. They needed a lot of blankets and so if you are supplying the blankets, have a lot available!

These guys were real professionals. They were helping me move some stuff out of my father's basement, I don't live in the area and I was pretty embarrassed at how bad it had gotten down there - (he is older, doesn't care about his basement anymore, he wouldn't let me hire a cleaning person, and I hadn't had a chance to clean it myself yet). Not only were they really good, they were really nice too. I highly recommend them. A+ service - they did an excellent job and were nice and respectful.

Unbelievably disappointing. They didn't show up. Not much of an apology as they said "HireAHelper will find a replacement." J & N Movers called to cancel at the start of their "availablity window." The truck was waiting to be unloaded and they left us stuck. They cancelled with " the team had car trouble", but we only needed labor. The owner could have given them a ride or paid for an Uber. He could have even shown up himself as we had a driver and just needed a second set of hands.
I completely understand the frustration and again we do apologize for your job.

The men were actually early. They were extremely polite and careful about moving all of my furniture. They also put blankets around several pieces to prevent them from being scratched. Really good job getting my belongings into the containers. I’ll definitely call you back when I need the containers emptied in my next house. Thank you thank you!!!

The only thing that I did not like was that I was charged $60 for 5 minutes over.

The guys were great. Arrived right on time and got to work. They wrapped the furniture in plastic wrap and got it up from the basement carefully. They were also careful not to track snow or moisture into the house. They even wrapped up items using pads I had rented. I would definitely recommend this company for your move!
