Once they got there they worked very hard! They can lift anything! I picked the time slot of 9:00-10:00 for arrival. They showed up at 10:00. I guess I thought they would get there about 9...not at the last min. Also I had them drive to the other house and it should only take 12 min. They were gone for 35 min. Besides those two hiccups, they worked hard!!

Service was just ok- I've used Hire a Helper in the past and the previous team were great. Even though boxes were labeled and I explained where things needed to go. I spent the following Sunday moving things from the garage I didn't realize they had placed their. The leader was on the phone for a majority of the time while I tried to supervise the other guys on where things should go.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
