They showed up a little late The 3 helpers were just ok. One was pleasant, another seemed like he did not enjoy doing the job, and the third helper did not speak English. I have used hireahelper previously, and was completely satisfied with their service. However, this service was below average. They were not careful with my boxes. Several of them, the bottoms fell out, with all of my personal items. The lead worker was instructed to hang my clothes directly in my closet. This was horrible. A lot of my clothes fell off of the hangers, and he didn't even bother fixing them. Also, they scuffed and chipped a lot of furniture. One of my file cabinets that was full, the worker was carrying it upside down. The lead worker stated that he was carrying it that way, because it was loaded that way in the pod. Also, they had my dresser on a dolly, and were transporting it with the drawers opening with my belongings in it!! Not much common sense was applied with these workers at all. I had to correct them several times. Not once, did they apologize about anything. Also the lead worker left the job because he reported he was out of water. He returned about 20 minutes later. In my opinion, if you have to do a job, then you should come prepared. I had trouble performing household tasks, as I kept getting interrupted as to where things would be placed. Most of my boxes were labeled as to where they would go. I was very upset and frustrated the entire 6 hours. I do not recommend this company, unless they hire people that truly want to work, and care about your inventory.

Great job and very professional. I was impressed at how well they packed my pod. They went out of their way to make sure all my furniture was protected. Would definitely recommend and will use them again!

I was surprised when one of our helpers was a 17 year old high school student. He turned out to be hard working and tried to be careful, but it seemed he didn't have very much experience as a mover. I was apprehensive that, when moving through doors and in the house, that we would bang into walls and things. So, my husband and I worked along side the two guys, mainly to make sure things didn't get run into. We finished a half an hour early and I kinda feel that $240 for one and a half hours is VERY expensive.
By the way, they were quite late....of course.
