I paid for two helpers for two hours only one showed up. Iām still waiting for my refund. I believe since they broke the contract. I should only have to pay half but I had to pay half plus. The one gentleman that showed up was amazing.

IJC logistics were a now show on the scheduled day/time. Apparently Hire A Helper who had mediated scheduling the move cancelled the IJC contract without contacting me or rebooking my move.
I did not know about it until calling IJC because of no show only to find out that they were not coming since Hire a Helper had cancelled heir contract.
I called back the HAH and they were able to find a replacement for the next day.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A few simple steps will make your move faster and smoother: Have boxes sealed, labeled, and grouped by room before we arrive. Clear pathways through doorways and hallways. Disassemble large furniture in advance if possible, or let us know ahead of time if you need help. Have a trusted adult present during the move.
