They were on time. They did not bring any tool and all of my tools were packed so I couldn't access mine. They also did smell like weed when they showed up which I frowned upon. The truck also could of of been packed better. Overall good experience you get what you pay for.

The only thing I didn’t like is they used the furniture pads and dolly that was in the Uhaul truck without asking me if it was alright and I ended up having to pay $10 because they were used. The men were very helpful and hard working.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had for several reasons.
I hired two helpers for two hours to load a storage unit into a moving truck. Only one (Terrence) showed up. I told him that there is no way he could lift some items by himself. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem.
While lifting a bookshelf all by himself, he began to get upset and got confrontational towards me and accused me of not stating that the item was overweight (which I knew it was not). I told him that if he brought his other helper then it wouldn't be a problem. He began to get upset and I felt a bit intimidated. He also banged my coffee table which wouldn't have happened it he had the other helper.
Then when the two hours was up, and hardly any of my items had been moved, he told me that even if he had a second person to help, that it would have made no difference! Are you effin kidding me? This guy was confrontation toward me and had the nerve to tell me that I was to blame and that having two helpers would not have made any difference. This guy Terrence was unbelievable and should not be allowed to list on Hire A Helper.
BTW - I told my unloaders the story who were excellent, and they both agreed that the item in question that Terrence had the nerve to tell me was overweight, was easily managed with two people.
I would give negative stars if possible and never, ever recommend Terrence.
