Our helpers were helpful and hard working. This morning before we left our destination, Erik was super positive and reassuring, which made my crazy moving day go so much smoother. Then, when we arrived much later than planned, he kept his cool--even though he was obviously exhausted and not exactly happy. These guys work super hard and get calls they try to service, no matter how challenging the time constraints and distance traveled. We tipped our helpers, even though we paid for 2 hours that they completed in 90 minutes. We felt they were worth it. We would use them again without hesitations. Thanks, Erik and helper! Rest up and take good care!

Weren't the friendliest. Wanted you out of there way even though they were moving your stuff. Tells you at the end that your stuff won't fit, but if they would of let you work beside them you could of known sooner and could of been more selective with your items in hindsight. It was too late to deside what to leave or bring when the container is practically full. Office supply boxes in container but kitchen stuff left out. This could of easily been avoided if they were more customer focused and had better customer communication. I bought tuns of plastic wrap and had multiple blankets but they did not wrap everything in plastic out of lazyness. We were paying them by the hour so they should of took the time to first cover our furniture with a blanket then wrap in plastic as that is the correct way to do it. Instead they put one thin layer of plastic wrap on and I still have mutiple rolls of plastic wrap left? The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they moved a really heavy king bedroom set down a flight of stairs. But, Im pretty concerned that we may not beable to put the furniture together they took apart and that things will get damaged. I would not use them again for sure. I tipped them because it was hard labor but they were not worth the final cost. Me and my husband went back and redid half the container to fit more stuff in after paying them for over 5 hours of work.

Nice guys but very slow and weren't concerned with damaging items. They badly scuffed my pottery barn desk and they only Saran wrapped some items. We had to help them unload the moving truck due to moving so slow and left items behind at the old condo. We now have to rent another truck to get additional items. We were only moving 4 blocks away (2 minutes driving). It seemed like they were going slow intentionally to get us to pay for additional hours. Will not be using again.

They loaded the heaver furniture pieces on top of items that were marked fragile breaking glassware and other items which got damaged. Additionally I believe that if they were experienced packers the job would have been done in less time,

I like to follow up with all my customers to make sure you were taken care of professionally .
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will perform a walkthrough to make sure we know everything before we load or unload your belongings carefully.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have enough pads or protection and labels are a plus if were doing a load and unload we'll know excatly where things go without us asking.
What types of moves have you handled?

My team loves seeing the smile on customer faces daily when we successfully move your items into your new home or storage facility with confidence and being careful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train all my movers to use straps and how to properly pad and wrap your furniture to prevent damage while in transit or moving something fragile or antique.
