All three movers arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and went directly to work. They moved a very heavy upright piano, appliances, and a heavy file cabinet without any damage.
It was not an easy move.(even though it was only a few pieces)
You're knowledge of your home and it's physical constraints was a BIG help.

Came 35 minutes late, then asked me why I didn't schedule my appointment for earlier in the day. Very slow moving crew of two guys, took 45 minutes longer than the estimate and changed me for an extra hour. Smoked while they were loading my things. (I am not a smoker) and were not respectful of my belongings, (thew a lamp shade on the wet ground and left it there) dropped an antique table after I mentioned mutliple times that the piece should be cared for. Would not recommend them or hire them again.

The only negative was the time of the move. I had scheduled the movers to arrive at 7am, and scheduled my truck rental for 7am as well. I received a call the day before the move advising that the movers would arrive at 10am. The movers were friendly, polite, and very professional, and worked very hard on a hot summer day. Overall, I would recommend them, but still a little irked about the time change.

I hired Move Assist to unload a storage container and was very pleased all the way around. Mark called the day before to confirm the move, the guys were here when expected and were friendly and helpful. The move went very well - boxes and furniture were placed where I asked, they were respectful of my things, and worked hard to get the job done. I will definitely use Move Assist again for my next move.

Arrived on time and completed packing furniture in a 1100 sq foot unit in 2.5 hours. Did a meticulous job of packing the 16 ft truck -- better than when we hired a moving company to move us across the city, although probably more time-consuming (but worth it -- less dings in the furniture!) Would use them (Tom & Matt) again.
