The movers arrived 10 minutes early after driving 45 minutes to get here. They were ready to go, and wasted no time getting our stuff from the pod into the house. They did everything we asked them to do to the letter without damaging the house at all. I would highly recommend this company.

I ended up helping with small things cause they charge by time and wanted to make sure they were done with the heavy stuff by the end of the time they were hired! But that was my choice, turns out they finished earlier than the allotted time! ;)
I think the actual workers charged a lot less than if hired through this service, but it is convenient when you don't know who to get and specially trying to hire at long distance!

The 2 movers did a great job! They wete on time, managed to get all of my belongings in the POD (which was questionable in the beginning) and did it with time to spare. They were pleasant and professional. I would recommend them!

The same day I scheduled service, Eric Lloyd called me and wanted to discuss the move. Very professional. The day of move he called and informed me that an earlier move was running behind and that they would be there soon as they could. I appreciated that because I was running late too. The guys that packed truck did a fabulous job! Nothing shifted during the drive from Des Moines to Nashville.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After you book with us, you should expect an introduction call from our office staff to go into further detail about your moving situation and to answer any pre-move questions that you may have. We enjoy working with our customers and look forward to assisting them in whatever way that we can.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our moving crew will call you when they are on the way to the customer's job site and we pride ourselves on arriving on-time. Once our crew arrives at the customer's residence, the movers will do a walk-through to analyze the items that need moved and to answer any further questions that the customer may have. After that, our movers will get right to work on getting you moved as safely and efficiently as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We recommend that customers have all boxes packed and sealed before our movers arrive (unless you have hired our company for a packing service). Please ensure that there are clear walk ways within the residence. We ask that all dresser drawers be emptied prior to moving. To save time and money , customers can also have beds disassembled and mirrors removed from dressers ahead of time, if possible.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle residential and office moves. We can help pack, load and/or unload your moving rental truck, trailer or portable storage container. We also provide in-house furniture moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our company and staff enjoy working with our many customer's that we have had over the past 10 years. Each moving situation is unique and we pride ourselves on providing a top quality service and helping the customer reduce their stress on move day.

Our moving crew is background checked and trained in moving techniques so our crew can avoid injuries and move your items safely.
