So much better than I expected! The guys from On Call Movers were supposed to come anywhere from 4-5 and they came right at 4:30 and unloaded my entire uhaul and car into my second floor apartment. They also assembled both of my beds for me and put together everything that needed to be put together. All of this took about an hour and a half! If you're looking for fast, reliable, and kind movers, call On Call Movers!

I had a terrible moving experience with my pod compay, but On Call Movers turned my move around and were awesome! My truck was late arriving by several hours and the original crew sent out timed out. Derrick immediately dispatched another crew and they moved me in in a mere hour. Thank you for relieving the pressure of that awful day and treating my items with care. Both guys were so nice and efficient even though it was thier day off and they were called in at the last minute. Thank you so much On Call Movers!

These gentlemen worked worked quickly and efficiently on a hot summer's day. They were careful to wrap and cushion fragile items. There were no broken items either. I am happy to recommend them.

The two guys that helped with our move were awesome. They treated our stuff as if it were there own. I had only asked them to move the heavy things into a truck and we would do the rest, but these guys packed it, covered items, and tied it all down. They got all my heavy items in and got us off to a good start on our packing for the rest of the truck. Wish I had reserved them for longer honestly. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else if I ever needed to move in the Dallas area again. Thank you guys.

They arrived on time but if you are expecting them to advise you when the purchased time has been used up, that would be a mistake. These folks just keep going until they need to leave..you have to watch the time. They were not respectful of my property and damaged a number of items including a refrigerator and furniture. They stacked heavy boxes on ones marked fragile. When loading they went from room to room taking some items and leaving others and then asked us what was left as the truck started filling rather than go see for themselves. I would never use this company again and highly suggest if they are the only ones available (which by the way they were not the ones I originally booked, they were a replacement suggested by HireAHelper) don't bother. I have filed a claim with HireAHelper. I hope they will be able make good all that was bad with this company.
