The guys were on time. No they weren’t prepared, the handtruck was supposed to be included. They didn’t have it. We prepaid for 3 hours and got shorted a few hours. It took both guys 15 mins to move 1 item downstairs in a building with an elevator. At one point they both took 1 item that would otherwise take 1 person. All they moved was some big stuff. We got left with a washer and dryer, deep freezer and a bunch of boxes.

These guys are friendly, hardworking, kind & so polite! Great with communication day of, but don’t expect to hear much beforehand. 3 guys got 2 16 foot pods emptied in 2 hours. I’ve never used movers before & am so glad I did! These guys took 0 breaks & worked their tails off. Would highly recommend Jordan & his team!
