The Movers were scheduled to arrive between 2 and 3 pm. The arrived around 3:07 PM. However, only one of them was a professional mover, and he brought 2 of his younger brothers who were teenagers. The teenage kids were on their phone a lot and had to wait for instructions to even lift a finger. It took them 30 minutes per piece of furniture to be brought from second floor to first, and I had to help on most. Given that my move was the simplest it could be as the only piece of furniture I was moving was a disassembled bunk bed and a dresser, I thought they would be done in minutes.
They had no experience in packing a TV or using furniture pads to wrap furniture. Worst part, they did not know how to fit stuff in a container to utilize space. He initially said all will fit, then after placing mattresses, he said half of it will not fit. Then I took over and started arranging things and finally made most of it fit. Next day, I had to unpack some stuff again and I was able to fit quite a lot more that they had left.
Having said all that, Sean was courteous and he did work hard to the extent he could (he said that was his 3rd moving job of the day)
Overall, not a satisfactory service for what I paid. I could have hired hourly labor from Lowe’s for half the price and given them instructions like I had to with these guys. Would not recommend this company if you are truly looking for a mover, they are ok to hire if you are ok doing most of the work yourself.

This team was exceptional! We were moving into a three story townhome and this job was bigger than a two man job. When their backup was unable to arrive they did the job like champs! I was so thankful for their attitude and professionalism throughout this difficult moving job. If I could give more than five stars I would!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A phone call or a text from our staff to confirm the booking and go over what the customer will be needing us to complete for them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call or text with ETA, open communication if we have a job before your job we will keep you updated the entire job to give you an exact ETA.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have the furniture ready to be moved, take lose items off the furniture and electronics should be unplugged. Anything containing water or gas should be unplugged by the customer.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance, office moves, inhome moves, commercial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
every customer have an interesting back story, we learn a lot about other states or cities even vacation spots hiking trails. Customers share their experience with us and we love to listen to new stories.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We normally do 2 a job for the first week of training we send 3 a job 2 workers and 1 training at no extra cost to the customer.
