I chose this company because they advertised themselves as veteran. To me that means a lot in terms of timeliness and quality.
Both movers were late. Both came without blankets I had ordered via a direct call to the business the day before to wrap and protect my furniture. The packing of items lead to wasted space and damage to items in boxes where heavy boxes were placed on top of lighter boxes effectively causing lighter boxes and items in them to be crushed and ruined. Lost 2 large lamp shades. One of my new leather reclining loveseats no longer works due to a lack of power from cord to motor. I assume the cord was not secured properly and was pulled to the point of breaking the electrical connection. The team had problems moving a bedroom chest. They moved it upside down, damaging the top on the way down stairs in addition to damaging the wall. The wall was reparable, the chest could no longer be sold or donated and ended up in the trash.
I had high expectations. I assumed they'd be on time, equipped to protect my belongings, expert POD packers utilizing space and general physics.
I was disappointed and would not choose this company again.

Jason and George were so helpful with my move. They arrived on time and although a man short, they got the job done! They moved some really heavy pieces up two flights and even my standing desk in one piece, which I thought for sure would fall apart after being broken by different movers. Reasonably priced, very polite and hardworking.
