Our movers arrived within the window and worked carefully and efficiently to load our moving truck. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and everything was loaded on the truck before 2 hours had passed. The movers were very friendly and I felt confident in their ability to load the truck. Would recommend this service.

Both guys were great! Very hard working, respectful of us and our things, and fit an impressive amount of things into our POD. They did a great job to communicate with us about what time they would be arriving and were able to complete the move within the allotted time.

The guys were great! They had a little setback getting to the address and arrived late but understandable, under the circumstances in this area. Didn't inconvenience me at all. Once here, they did a wonderful job and took care of everything very nicely. Above and beyond all my expectations! I would definitely recommend them.

The entire team, lead by Kiki, did an outstanding job. They were engaged, thoughtful, asked lots of questions, prioritized our needs, and served from 10 am until 10 pm--with a lunch break squeezed in the middle.
When my truck was not ready until 9 am (thank you U-Haul) instead of 8--thus pushing back our start time one hour, I called Kiki the night before at 10PM, she rec'd the message, and she and her team showed up at 10 am the next day. So, she made it easy to get in touch, and stay in touch, during the whole moving process.
I would easily recommend for any move you have.

I’d rented (2) 28 ft trailers from another company
There were 4 people but it was clear that at least 3 of them had little to no experience. And the one who ran the company had questionable experience
I explained to the “boss” that I needed these to be packed very tight because I was paying by the foot. She said not to worry they were going to pack them right. I’d already packed up the entire rest of the 4000sf house with the exception of the master bedroom and the stuff in that he basement.
I asked her where she needed me and she said to get busy packing that which still wasn’t packed. So I did and trusted her to do her job.
After two hours, she said they were not going to be done and that we needed to talk about them coming back the next day, but they could stay just a little longer that day. I’d assumed they meant they could stay one more hour and then would return the following eve. I said ok, but then they stayed another two hours. I only got a glance inside the trailer by the time they left, but could only see a few items at the back of the trailer. The next day, I opened it for a better look and was LIVID! The vertical space was half empty. It looked like an absolute amateur loaded it. They’d only loaded large pieces of furniture and nothing was stacked. Everything in there sat directly on the floor.
After the fact, she is trying to say that she couldn’t stack anything because I hadn’t finished packing up the master bedroom. But there were LOTS of small boxes, linens, pillows, etc that were packed that they didn’t even try to load. I was astonished! I thought I’d paid for Professional movers but got newbies.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I did not end up paying them for the last two hours because I had to hire other folks to largely RE-pack that trailer. Still they did not completely take everything out and reload it which I realize now, we should have done. Because we couldn’t fit everything in there the way it was packed. I ended up a day late and having to leave thousands of dollars of stuff behind.

Keitha and her partner Martell showed up on time, ready to work with a dolly. Worked professionally, speedily, taking multiple fully loaded trips through a small elevator to ground level and loading the truck. By end of 2 hours the 12 foot Penske truck was full. Considering that we were moving over 300 miles with the load, they arranged the boxes and other items so they wouldn't get messed up when we were to undoubtedly hit bumps on the long trip. When we arrived, everything was where it was loaded.
I highly recommend Keitha and Martell.

Wouldn’t recommend. They called the day of the move and said they’d be at our place to load our truck at 11 AM, then didn’t show up until at least 11:30, with no apology or explanation. They did load the truck, BUT the way they loaded everything inside, it literally looked like they were playing a game of Tetris. It was terrible. I kind of thought they were joking when I saw the load job when they were done, but they seemed to think it was okay and I (Foolishly) didn’t want to be rude by asking them to repack it when I knew they’d try to charge me overtime to fix the poor job they’d done. However, I later regretted this decision when we arrived at our new home and discovered upon unloading that a BUNCH of our belongings were damaged and broken beyond repair. Two stars just because they did show up and technically put stuff into the truck. But as far as packing the items in strategically so they arrive safely?...Nope. I felt that they were not respectful of my property and I would not hire them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Key Moverz’ Customers should have boxes taped, drawers in furniture should be taped or removed, elevators should be reserved and finally customer should be prepared to oversee and enjoy the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
Key Crew members practice working as a team, practicing communication skills among each other as they guide furniture from the house. Also crew members are coached on keeping the house as well as the items in great condition whether moving out or moving.
