The extra 7 minutes made me pay for a full hour. You don't prorate it? Even by 15 minutes? That seems ridiculous...

I definitely would hire them again. Although they were a half hour late, they were not at fault. Traffic getting here is always very slow. They were courteous and worked hard. They also had a good sense of how to pack things in a trailer, and were careful of everything. This was a very satisfactory experience.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
customers should be prepared by consolidating everything that doesn't get moved in the off-limits area have boxed everything that it's loose dealing with loose items tends to slow the moving process, lampshades and lamps should be boxed to avoid getting damaged. TVs should be boxed since they are expensive and are more fragile. doing this can assure an efficient move.
What types of moves have you handled?
the moves we handled have been from corporate relocation to local moves, there is no job too big or too small that we can't handle. rest assure that by Booking with us is a decision you won't regret.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is not easy and my favorite part of my job is taking the stress of moving for my customer they are already going through a lot the least we can do is have their belongings moved with care and providing the Optimum Moving Experience.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving is a Hard Job and training is a must, Safety is the number one rules in our policy. I have a system implemented with my guy's hard work we have achieved and learned through out the years and you will notice that on moving day.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
