These young men were amazing! They packed my pod so nice and so quickly I was in shock! They were the nicest people I have met in a long time You should consider yourself blessed if you get the group of young men that I had. They were absolutely wonderful I will give them 1000 points!

Kevin communicated promptly and accurately prior to the move. He and his crew were courteous and professional. They arrived timely and worked carefully, loading family heirlooms including fine furniture into two trucks and wrapping large items we didn't have the muscle power to prepare ahead of time. Items they loaded included a huge handmade antique wooden corner cabinet, marble tabletops, full length framed mirrors, and a canoe. They completed the job in less than 90 minutes and the furniture was in fine shape on arrival.
I can't thank these gentlemen enough. They made a stressful day a lot easier, and I'd absolutely use them again.

They were 30 mins late, and didn't call or answer when I called them. On the up swing they ran over 15 mins and didn't charge me? They moved really slow and I was running circles around them, fully aware I only had 2 hours. I found them multiple times inside my POD on their phone texting and talking and when I mentioned this to and said to them that I felt we needed to keep moving, one of them told me "I'm on the phone with my boss" I explained to him that we had to keep unloading as we were going to run out of time and he told me "if I'm on the phone with my boss then I have to talk to him" I wasn't impressed! After that he said "we have 10 mins left" we were not anywhere near finished and I asked him if I could buy an extra hour and he said no, he had a other job he had to go to and advised me to get the heaviest pieces somewhere in the house and that I would have to pick up the boxes left on the lawn. I had boxes and bags left in the yard and they left. I had to call in another moving company to finish the job! I would not NEVER use their services again- they left me in a really big bind. On a positive note, they were both nice, just very, very, very slow and truthfully not professional. A job NOT well done.

They were coming from Northern Virginia and waited until 30 minutes into the hour arrival time to call and say they were going to be an hour and a half. That meant an hour outside of the expected window. That hour cost me over $300 in lost time and wages on my side. Also when they arrived there was a strong smell of pot coming from one of them. I will not be using them again.

These guys were excellent. On time, careful with all the furniture and items they packed, even gave some helpful tips on packing process. With a two month old distracting my wife and I, to be able to give the general marching orders and let them do their thing and they do it so well made for an excellent experience. Would not hesitate to use these guys again!

After booking with E W labor services you can expect a call from one of our friendly staff members. Who will be able to help navigate any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect a call to let you know that we're headed to your location. When we arrive we will do a walk-through to assess the location. If there are no questions from neither party then we'll get right to work for you!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best thing you can do on moving day is make sure everything is packed and ready to go. If you are unsure or concerned about something don't hesitate to give us a call.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is seeing a smile on the customer's face knowing that their belongings are safe and that they can rest on moving day.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
