What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Professional service. Years of experience handling furniture and loading and unloading. Sean is a fully trained Antique Restorer, trained in UK in late 1980s, so he knows how to handle furniture and load/unload so everything arrives at destination in perfect condition.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We arrive on time, if there is a delay due to a previous job going longer than anticipated, we contact the next customer immediately and explain and give the adjusted time .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be ready for us at set time booked by customer. Box up as much as customer can themselves, if not booked packing services by us. Inform us of any changes to order as soon as possible. Unhook appliances that are being moved, especially the washer/dryer. and seal them so no leaks can happen during transit. Rent of buy,moving pads and ratchet straps or string so we can wrap furniture and secure the load. Do not rely on the movers to bring them, as it is the customers responsibility to get them.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance, offices, but mostly houses and apartments.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting customers from all over the country and the world. Being able to help them start a new life in a new home etc.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I personally train them myself to do loads and unloads as I was trained in UK and USA.
