Russell was punctual and very helpful and courteous throughout the whole ordeal. Even with the threat of Hurricane Irene looming and high humidity, he was efficient and very professional. Anything that was disassembled he reassembled and they treated all of our stuff gently. Mike was a little late due to the evacuation traffice from NC but was again very courteous and professional. Thank you for a very efficient move.

I am not satisfied with their services. I was sent 3 men when I needed 4. They requested a family members help and when that went horribly wrong they blamed my family member and would not cover for damages. In addition to that incident there are stratches and holes all over my old place. As soon as I unpack my camera I will submit pictures and see if they will blame me for the entire move.

poor job of packing a moving truck, all furniture was stacked in top of each other without using the blankets provided correctly. end result at destination was scratched, scuffed, and broken furniture. also went over the allotted time by an extra 2 hours (started with 3 hours to move a small apartment.) one of the workers was 1/2 hour late as well. would not use this company again or recommend others to use.

The men were very professional and great at their job. I would hire them again and recommend them to anybody who was moving. Four guys loaded a 28 foot trailer in four hours. I couldn't believe how fast but careful they were. I wish I could've had them where I moved to.

Nick and Chuck did an outstanding job of packing our household goods into a 26 foot rental truck. They were very fast and professional. When our goods arrived at the other end, nothing was broken or damaged. I give them a five star rating and would highly recommend them.

The guys that came out to help us move or large furniture they were great I hired them for 2 hours and I really only needed them for 1 hour due to then doing so well. I would use them again.

My two helpers- Mitch and Butch, made the move a good experience. They were professional, helpful and appeared to enjoy their work. They were on time and were done in the allotted time. I had never hired helpers before, but next time I move, I'll be contacting Caring Transitions!
