They did a good job but the moving straps they used on my stairs left marks on almost every step. I had to clean each step by hand afterwards.

Great service! They were careful and methodical about working fast and not causing damage. They weren't able to come on time, but they did call well in advance to explain the situation. Seems like "Hire-a-Helper" didn't take into account where they had to travel from and booked their jobs too close together. All in all, I will be using Lynnhaven again soon!

Our movers did a great job! They weren't on time, but they called to let me know what was going on and what time to expect them. They were only last the expected time by about 30 minutes. No big deal. Stuff happens. They got all my parent's belongings into their apartment in under 2 hours. They were very polite. I will be using them again in about 6 weeks to move my parents into their permanent apartment. Highly recommend.

After arriving about a half hour late, with no contact or explanation, the work crew did a very good job moving some large pieces of furniture from our condo. They did all the assigned tasks and took just under an hour from the time they started. Since three of the larger pieces had draws and doors, they took the time to shrink wrap the pieces prior to starting the moves.
