They did a good job stacking our stuff in the rental truck. One of the workers dropped a file cabinet, and it's now broken. Also, we paid for the entire time we had reserved, even though we finished an hour early, and tipped, and yet the implication was that we should have tipped more.

Mover's response:
We apologize about your File Cabinet. I was there the whole job and it was never brought to my attention or I would have paid for it on the spot. I also told you we could refund the hour and you said no. About the $20 tip to split between 4 guys I've already reprimanded the crew member who said something about you being a Doctor and tipping that much. (Believe me, I let him have it!) We don't expect tips but anything is appreciated and I thank you. I've left you a voice mail and text. Please get a hold of me so I can reimburse you for the cost of your item. We've worked hard to get 407 5 Star reviews and your review can only make us a better Moving Company. To potential customers. Please read ALL of our reviews and I'll be talking to you soon! What can a customer expect after booking with you?

I will call to discuss your moving needs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
