They were 2.5 hours late. Did not properly wrap my furniture. Did not have tools, used my tools. i provided wrap, pads, tools and tape. They did not wrap unless I asked. They did not properly roll my rugs and folded them over. They had the muscle to move the furniture but I ended up helping with a lot of the move. Not happy

The day of a move our customers can expect a call or text from our crew members that they are on time and en route to the customer.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

A customer should prepare for moving day ahead of time. Once a day is booked with us they should make sure that they have all the materials on hand that are needed to accomplish a standard move.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have experience with local residential moves as well as long distance out of state moves.

Our favorite part about being movers is the satisfaction that customers get from the quality of service we provide.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew members go through customer service, classroom, and on the job training in order to be the best available movers around.
