The men were supposed to be here by 10 ended up coming at 12. The order was changed which I approved two people got here and then the third finally came. I got a call from higher the helper to verify the changes. I did not make the changes they did when they didn’t come. This is the second time I’ve used higher helper for moves, and this is the most disappointed I’ve been once I got here. They did a pretty good job. We got a few things slightly scratched other than that. They finally came, which is a blessing.

The movers were a little late, were nice enough to work with and worked relatively quickly at first, but their pace lagged significantly as the service continued and they scratched everything and broke all 4 of my lamps. I do not appreciate how little care they showed for my belongings in throwing them around so roughly and it has cost a considerable amount of money in broken and damaged furniture. Not the worst but I would not use them again.
