Great job, showed up with 5 guys and we’re able to knock out my packing in less than the time estimated. Everyone was polite and respectful, they carefully handled all of our belongings and everything arrived Undamaged after a 500mi drive. Would recommend them highly.

I’m very happy with Lavoe Movers! They had a system and we’re fast and efficient. Nothing we had broke or got damaged in the loading of the truck. Also, it was very affordable compared to most moving companies in Chicago that are so pricey!

I thought the service was great and was planning on leaving them a pretty positive review until we got to our destination. Our truck was so poorly packed, we had damaged furniture and our refrigerator was stored on its side!!! (We have pictures) Our brand new dryer was scuffed up. (Also pictures) And the packing job left a lot of wasted space which was frustrating as we struggled to get the stuff to fit. I wanted to ignore the fact that the crew spent the entire job arguing and putting each other down. I assumed it they were just having a bad day. But now after seeing the job they did when I had a different crew unpack us once we reached our destination, now I feel like if they did a little less arguing with each other and a little more paying attention l, our stuff wouldn’t be damaged and we would have more room for items in the trucks . We consider ourselves pretty lax people but this is just an excusable. Our $4000 refrigerator luckily after letting it sit for 48 hours still works. They boast about having 17 years of experience but who stores in refrigerator on its side!!?

The two gentlemen they sent were on time, hard workers and had great attitudes. They went above and beyond of what was expected of them. They pay attention to details and if you forget to secure something they could easily just move it as is, but they room the time to correct it. I gave them each a 20 dollar tip but if I could afford it, they were worth 100 tip each. If you're looking for help, don't waste your time scrolling through other options, these guys cannot be beaten, in price and character. Thanks guys
