they were awesome!!! The rain caused some driving issues and owner's assistant got washed out due to rain. He found another helper ASAP and they were done in hour and half!! That's what I call professionalism!! So much gratitude to Deante!!!!!

They were very nice and did perform the service, but were not respectful of my furniture, they put boxes on my chairs and were not very careful with my couch. I will probably use the service just not them.

The movers from First Choice Movers called me shortly after I placed my order to let me know when they thought they would get to the storage to unload my truck. They were on time, very careful and efficient, polite and took excellent care of my belongings. I would hire them again and will hire them the next time I move in Palm Springs.

On time, completely prepared, worked very hard as the move was a walk up 3rd story, and would definitely use Ian and his worker again. They took the job within 2 hours after another company we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute. Just as the name states, they should have been our "First Choice Movers". Highly recommend!!

After booking First Choice Movers, the customer can expect and immediate response from us. Confirming all the job details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day the customer can expect a courtesy call one hour prior to start time. Our professional movers will be friendly and hardworking.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer can prepare day prior checking that everything is boxed and ready for movers to come and load. Make sure dogs and cats are out of the way so the movers do not trip over.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed office jobs, long distance moves as well as local. We have also load and unload trailers, storage units and storage containers.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love making the customer happy by providing great customer service and handling furniture with care as if it was my own. I enjoy making the customer feel as if they made the right choice with hiring First Choice.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide my crew with training videos and professional tips. We are always looking for ways to approve.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
