We were excited to use HiraAHelper's data base for our moving needs. However, after we had paid and were given a window of arrival, our helpers failed to communicate with us any issues. It took action on our part to figure out why there were delays or if anyone was going to come (we waited for 6+ hours). At the end of the day the company hired was not able to make because of a previous job, at which point it was too late for us, so we declined HireAHelper's offer for a replacement company.

They were on time and they were nice. They did complain quite a bit about how heavy boxes etc. were and my brother who was the one paying them didn't really appreciate hearing that. Other than than that they were ok....

I am horrible at names, but we had John and ____. They did an absolutely AMAZING job, so flexible with our weird moving situation, so polite, AMAZING. Hiring movers online had me a little worried, and booking so late in the game (less than 48 hours before), but as soon as John called me the morning of, and was so friendly and flexible on the phone with coming a little later I was instantly put at ease. I kept saying I will never move again, but if I do I am without a doubt calling this company again. BEST ever and worth every single penny!!!! Thank you so much!!

they arrived on time within the specified window. I booked for 4 plus one hours. They stayed for about 11 hours which saved me another day truck rental I would definitely recommend them

We hired this team for a 2nd move because they did such a wonderful job the 1st time. However, they were several hours late for the job this time (5 hrs late), which threw off our entire moving schedule. To make up for their extreme tardiness, they gave us one hour of labor for free & drove the U-Haul for free. We greatly appreciated this, since HireAHelper only offers a 5% discount for tardiness. Even though this move wasn't as stress free as the 1st one, we still appreciated the fact that this team owned up to their mistake and compensated us for the huge inconvenience.
