The movers did a great job, but I used less than 2 hours and was charged for 3 hours. They won’t refund any unused time. The movers themselves were wonderful and worked really hard. I would recommend the movers, but I’m not sure I would recommend the company because of the refund policy.
As a response to the owner: I understand that is your policy, but it does not make a lot of sense. You don’t schedule anything directly after a scheduled move because you say that you are able to stay up to 2 hours past the scheduled time. I appreciate your response, and I’m more than happy to edit this if you refund my hour of unused time.

My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the smiles on customers faces when the move is complete and getting paid to exercise is always nice ??.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members endure 60 days training with our most experienced movers.
