We liked Roscoe and Charles. They did their job and didn’t mess around.
Although they did their job, while unloading furniture inside the truck they dropped the kitchen table bottom and cracked the base portion that attaches to the table top.
We would like to be compensated for this.

Harold and his grew did an outstanding job moving us in. They listened to my wife in placing items and found a way to bring our couch in through a window when it wouldn't fit through either of the doors. They were polite, helpful, and efficient.

Very helpful, very courteous, and understanding my moving needs. They even went a step further to ensure MY packing was good enough to load! That is what I call going the extra mile. I need an 2nd container. I hope I get the same crew to load!

1. Work and actual moving and handling was top notch.
2. 1 hour window to show up I get it. But when I call 30 minutes into your window without hearing any news the whole day or check ins and you just stick to the “ we have a one hour window to show up” deal over and over, it’s unprofessional. I get your guys may have had several jobs before and need a break. Just state that. It’s cool. Not the bs “ we have an hour window to show up and I’m not going to give you any eta”
3. Upon arrival 20 minutes before your “window”is up you wave me over to your truck to tell me you only start at the top of the hour and to go relax you will start in 20 minutes.” Sorry but who’s paying who? Where is the customer service? Again, you and you’re guys are beat it’s been a long day we’re gonna eat a burger”. That’s fine. I get it but tell me that. but “ go relax?” No regard to whatever we’ve got going on and trying to fit in. Just poor start and attitude at the beginning. Once the work got going everything was cool. But seriously think about 1st impressions.
