There was quite a bit of confusion. I was questioned about wrapping items due to the distance I was traveling. I was unsure what they meant and they pointed out the wrapping I had already done, stating it would be like that. This seemed reasonable if they came across something that still needed it, however some very insignificant items were wrapped top to bottom which cost me a lot of money due to the loss of load time. Next I gave them only a limited number of items to load, explaining that a few pieces of furniture would stay and I would be loading the rest myself on the following day. When it came time for my friend and I to load we only had about two feet of room left. The 26’ truck was only packed 2/3 of the way high with lots of open space. As a result we had to unload the back half of the truck and repack it to fit all of my stuff in. While I was super grateful for the muscle and the guys were very polite and quick (once the wrapping was discontinued) I was not happy with having to pay for an additional hour or with having to pay a ton of money to have to repack it later.

I first used Brown's moving last November 2018 for what I expected to be a very stressful move. Eli and his team made what I thought would be a terrible day, a much easier day. So when I was moving again a year later, I knew who to hire. Once again, they did a great job! They went above and beyond to ensure my furniture was not damaged and even helped me to move one particularly tricky item that I wasn't sure they could help with. They were on time and everything went very smoothly. Eli is a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his team! FANTASTIC!!!!

They scratched and dented my $1,800.00 refrigerator and still to this day refused to pay for damages . I selected the company like most do today, by your reviews . Their reviews are great but hopefully you won’t have a problem as we did. Then they only respond with hollow promises . First, the workers denied doing it, of course, and then became rude about it. When I talked to the owner he said he would take care of it but has done nothing and now won’t even respond to my text. How unprofessional. If everything goes great on your move, super , if something gets damaged by them , then too bad. I would not hire them again based on the facts that they have not paid for their mistakes .

The guys were fantastic. They showed up ready to work, worked very hard, and were happy to stay later to finish unloading things I didn't calculate for. They were very careful with how they brought everything in the house, including what they took upstairs. I will absolutely be hiring them again.

These guys were fantastic. They showed up on time, got right to work and did an outstanding job. They were courteous and professional. Best of all, when i got to my destination 750 miles away, nothing was broken and maybe one or two very minor dings. Best move I ever had.
