I first used Brown's moving last November 2018 for what I expected to be a very stressful move. Eli and his team made what I thought would be a terrible day, a much easier day. So when I was moving again a year later, I knew who to hire. Once again, they did a great job! They went above and beyond to ensure my furniture was not damaged and even helped me to move one particularly tricky item that I wasn't sure they could help with. They were on time and everything went very smoothly. Eli is a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his team! FANTASTIC!!!!

They scratched and dented my $1,800.00 refrigerator and still to this day refused to pay for damages . I selected the company like most do today, by your reviews . Their reviews are great but hopefully you won’t have a problem as we did. Then they only respond with hollow promises . First, the workers denied doing it, of course, and then became rude about it. When I talked to the owner he said he would take care of it but has done nothing and now won’t even respond to my text. How unprofessional. If everything goes great on your move, super , if something gets damaged by them , then too bad. I would not hire them again based on the facts that they have not paid for their mistakes .

The guys were fantastic. They showed up ready to work, worked very hard, and were happy to stay later to finish unloading things I didn't calculate for. They were very careful with how they brought everything in the house, including what they took upstairs. I will absolutely be hiring them again.

These guys were fantastic. They showed up on time, got right to work and did an outstanding job. They were courteous and professional. Best of all, when i got to my destination 750 miles away, nothing was broken and maybe one or two very minor dings. Best move I ever had.

Eli Brown contacted us three times prior to our unload day. On the way to our house, they were delayed by rush hour traffic, so Eli called again to keep us informed and to provide an updated time of arrival. I appreciated the dedication toward communication. Upon arrival Eli requested a review of the work to be done and a quick tour of our home to ensure they had a mental picture of where our items were to be placed. They brought with them all appropriate tools for the unload. They began immediately, asking questions where needed. Eli and his helper were quick, efficient, and willing to do anything to assist us in our transition to our “new” home. Our prized antique piano was carefully moved without extra cost. I estimated it would take them between 20-30 minutes; it took them 10, getting it to it’s designated spot without issue. They finished 1/2 hr earlier than our requested time allotment, so they gladly helped with what we had intended to do. We completely emptied three shipping containers, picked up all associated items (moving blankets, rope, wood blocks, etc), and Eli provided advice on backing our trailer into a tight spot. They were polite, hard workers (they carried the piano into the house!!), efficient, and very communicative. We could not have appreciated Eli’s work more, will recommend him to others, and when the need arises, will gladly contract with him again.
