They came a lot earlier than I asked them to, even after I explained the reason why I set the time. The time started when they got there and I hadn't gotten back with the truck yet.
I explained all the stuff that I needed done over the phone as well as when they got here. But when they left I still had large furniture upstairs. That I can't move alone. Which was the reason I hired someone. That was after being here for 4 hours. Which they took 2 breaks and had to rearrange the furniture on the truck that took more time from the loading.
But they were nice and made sure to wrap the glass on the curio cabinet, but didn't load it.

Good communicators and problem solvers! I had a POD problem on my end and Elijah was quick to problem solve and accommodate. He and Eric hit the ground running. They were on time and worked quickly, all the while being extremely respectful and careful of our belongings. Hard workers even in extreme heat. They expertly packed my POD and saved me from even having to use my second pod! These two deserve a raise :)

The guys were very nice. They did only have two hours though. I feel like they have a certain way they like to do things, but i feel like it was overpriced for their services. Thinking of a game plan is good idea, but they should be able to load and stack without standing around getting game pan together. When I got to Sarasota, the moving company had the whole truck unloaded and stacked in storage in 3 hours for$200.00

I was not completely satisfied using Browns Moving. They arrived 2 hours late (though they did call ahead that morning, and said they were going to be a little late). For the most part they did a good job packing my trailer- they worked hard for the 6 hours that they worked loading my trailer. However, I had several pieces of furniture that were damaged during the move that were not caused by the shifting of the trailer. One dresser had several large items placed on top of it, causing it to buckle. And another dresser was placed on top of a bench, causing the feet of the dresser to go through the bench, ruining the bench. I provided a lot of moving blankets, however they were not used, causing a lot of scratches and dings to my furniture.
