They did a great job unloading my pod, were professional and careful, but CAUTION- they do not refund for time not used, and it’s not up to hire a helper, it’s up to the moving company. I paid for 4 hours, they took 1 and 1/2 hours and we’re not willing to refund any money, even after tipping. Plan your time well or choose another company.

Workers were courteous and efficient.
Unfortunately, Matt broke a vase of mine.
He was professional about it and owned up to it.
At the end of the move, I asked about the compensation process so that I could replace the vase, and whether or not I needed to complete a report. Matt asked me not to complete a report and advised he would reimburse me for the vase. I reached out to him directly as he requested; however, I have not heard anything from him. I have allowed sufficient time for a simple reply; but, since I have not heard from him at all, I am officially asking how to file a report for compensation for my broken item. Thank you.
