I didn’t feel the knowledge was there on how to pack a container. They did not pack correctly, in fact we spent 3 hours repacking to fit our belongings. As I compare what they did vs watching the video on how to pack, they did it wrong. I also spent an additional 3 hours of cost when there only should have been 1 additional hour. Our home even had about 5 pieces of furniture (desk, 1 bed, 2 tables and a 32” wide wood unit) I picked them because they were a small local business and wanted to help support my community. I might think twice next time...was not happy...
behind when we got there, then tried to use it as payment for the overtime at the end of the move. When I told you that wasn't how it worked and that you would have to pay the overages, you became upset and argued with me that the couch was worth x amount of dollars and that you shouldn't be being charged. I explained to you that while we appreciated the couch we did not have to take it but that we did have to get the overage payment. I'm shocked that you would completely lie like this over overages that were 100% legit, especially since you seemed to be very pleased we were taking the couch and you wouldn'thave to fool with it. The fact is that you had a lot of items that you wanted into the POD and in order to get those items in it required disassembling all items possible and time to wrap and protect said items. I do want to point out yet again that we did get every item in your home besides the couch that we took with us and the bed you claimed to be throwing out. You could have asked us to stop at anytime over the booked time and definitely should not have assumed we would waive overages due to being GIVEN furniture items as it says nowhere in the contract that such transactions would take place. Again, I do apologize but we cannot accept furniture as payment no matter how nice it may or may not be. Thanks, again for the couch, your review and your business.

They were punctual, polite and took great care packing our furniture into a PODS container. When we ran into a snag with space, they coordinated their schedule to meet ours and returned to pack an additional smaller container. We’d use them again in a heartbeat.

On time, respectful, professional, excellent team of two . Worked well to wrap and protect all of our furniture, kept us inform thru their packing process. We estimate 3 hours it took 4 and we can see and appreciate why it did. Will be hiring them for the unpack if they do that.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
