I apologize for not remembering the name s of the 2 workers that were sent to my home. They called to say they would be a few minutes late to begin with. That started things off on the right foot. . When they arrived they were ready to work , worked hard, were polite and respectful of my belongings. I would highly recommend them! Great job!

I hired these guys because I'm single and I don't know anybody in the area to help with the big/heavy furniture. Between me handling some light/random stuff and the 2 of them we were able to empty out a 16' pack rat in less than 40 mins. They took their time when handling the couch (that wouldn't fit in the doorway) and put it back together when they got it in the apartment. They asked where I wanted certain things (if boxes weren't labeled) and it was a great way to get moving over and done with.

This was our first time using Hire A Helper, particularly Smart Move, LLC. Garrett and Brian were our movers and they did a phenomenal job! I've never seen two guys work so well and fast together. They had our 17ft truck emptied in 90mins. I highly recommend Smart Move!

Excellent company and excellent service. Brian, Angel, Eric, and Garrett showed up with the dollies & hand trucks I had requested but barely needed them. These guys are very strong and very fast. They definitely finished more quickly than I had expected, and they did so without causing damage to our property.
They checked where we wanted every piece and even managed to get a queen boxspring and mattress up a very tight and technical stairway (and were very careful not to cause damage to the house or our items).
I will recommend these guys to all my friends and coworkers. Super professional, super expedient.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
