I do not usually write reviews, but I had to for this company. I &O Moving is who you want for your move. They were Outstanding!! We had them for three days to unpack three 16 ft containers. Gordan, the owner, was professional, responsive and extremely helpful. He checked in before, during and after to ensure that his crew was there and that everything was going well. When one of our containers was inadvertently rescheduled by Pack Rat on the day his crew was suppose to come, Gordan was understanding and worked to help us get rescheduled with him within the next two days; which I am grateful for because he understood how upsetting the situation was. I think over the course of the three days we had most of the crew, Justin, Elijah, Marshall and Dre, Dre we had all three days. I can not say enough about how professional, proficient, hardworking these young men were. They unpack the pods with care to our furniture, nothing was damaged or broken. They also help to assemble beds and dinning room table. I would without hesitation hire them again and will promote them to others. This is your moving company to keep in your proverbial rolodex. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
