The men said I pre-paid. I did not pre-pay. I was thinking of cancelling my appointment and using my nephew. I decided to use ARMS because of the weight of the couch. I changed the appointment to Friday. I do not pay for services that have not been done. Someone is in my credit cards and I think they figured I wouldn't be around so they could still get the furniture removed.

The team were very punctual and did a wonderful job packing up the truck that I rented. They then followed me about 10 minutes to new apartment and unpacked quickly. They were courteous and also a lot of fun. I would recommend highly!
