The hire a helper software was the only glitch. Replying to the text never was received. My movers had to call the company and manually close the call which took time to get through to someone.

While the guys were quick with the move (took them about 45 minutes to load the truck), I was not happy with HOW they loaded the truck. One of my smaller boxes which contained an heirloom frame of my deceased grandparents on their wedding day and a ceramic Capo di Monte from Italy was completely smooshed in on one side and was piled under two larger boxes. When I opened the box, the Capo di Monte was shattered and the frame of my grandparents was shattered so badly that the glass scratched the original photo of them on their wedding day. The photo is beyond repair and is the only one we have in our family.
Not to mention when they were loading the truck, they were so rough with handling my Christmas bins that a Christmas candle holder fell out and shattered on the pavement.
I am disgusted with their lack of respect for other people’s property.

They were amazing! They showed up early, Loaded a smaller truck than anticipated, and made it all fit extremely well.

These workers arrived an hour and a half late. When I called them the day before to confirm my time 11am-12am they agreed that it was in their schedule and they would be there within those times. On the day of the move they did not arrive within the times they confirmed and when I spoke to them they said they had me on their schedule at 2pm. Once they arrived late they worked non stop and got the job done without incident. If you are on a tight schedule and need them their at specific times do not trust this crew.

They were great communicators from the first day. Arrived when he said he would, and was respectful of our property. He was considerate of our wants and needs! And they were great 'team' workers. I would definitely use them again.

They were wonderful!!!! Spoke to Terrance before the day of work and he was polite and very respectful. Called the day of to tell me they were in traffic, not a problem for me. When they arrived I explained I was stressing about getting the carpet out from under my 2 big, heavy hutches. Terrance told me to just relax and he would take care of everything! And boy did they. Since we were driving up to Boston the next day they only needed to load the furniture and boxes for us. They loaded everything so professionally, used the covers for all the furniture, and even rolled up and tied the rug and pad. When done he tired everything good and tight, secure and we made it from PA to Boston without incident or any damages. I highly recommend this team for any loading or moving you may need. Very, very respectful and kind.
