We had requested a date with hire a helper. The next thing we know, our POD delivery came a day early. We asked last minute if we could have HireAHelper come out that day. They accepted to assist on an already busy day! The individuals that came out were very professional and helped us get the job done in a very short period of time. I would definitely hire then again for moving assistance!

They were a few minutes late, but I live in a rural area and gps’s don’t work very well. Once they arrived they got right work. They worked fast, safe, and efficient. I would hire them again.

I don't want to be unfair but this group made our move in quite painful and difficult. They were 1 hour and 45 minutes late because they were waiting on the third person, who never showed. I had to ask them to come on and get started since we had six people standing and waiting for them. They came with absolutely no equipment. We were lucky that we had two dollies that could be used. The two that showed up worked very hard and were very nice, but we were not planning to have our friends do the heavy lifting. However, it was what had to happen to be able to complete the job in a timely manner. They were very respectful of our property which we appreciated. We would not use them again since it turned out to be a chaotic mess. Hire a Helper made effort to correct this by crediting us back about $70, but nothing could have fixed how difficult this day turned out to be. Very disappointed and we would not use this avenue again.

Michael and his helper we’re fantastic. Came early when asked and stayed an extra 2 hours when I underestimated the amount of time the job would take. They loaded an entire Pod and made a stressful day a bit easier for me. Professional, hard working and courteous. Treated my items with the utmost respect. Highly recommend.

The 2 men arrived on time a ready to work. They were respectful and polite. I pointed out what needed to be moved and they got right to work. Moved my heaviest furniture down from upstairs with no issues and loaded my pod. Good experience.

Michael and team member (his name escapes me, it was a crazy day), did a great job! Appreciated the text I received from Michael earlier in the day confirming arrival time, as I have had movers no show me in the past. Moved in a timely manner and were diligent to see items were taken care of. Would definitely recommend them and would use for another move!
