This was a few months back, November of 2020, but these movers weren’t very professional in a number of ways. My biggest issue is that they tried to force us into writing a 5 star review while hanging over my shoulder and directing me through the survey. I had to make an excuse to write it later or confront them right there.
Anyway, they weren’t very careful and broke a number of furniture and objects within boxes. They did get a lot of the stuff out in time, but I couldn’t help but feel they would have been more efficient if they operated differently. Also, they kept walking in the grass and tracking dog poop into the truck and into my apartment, and didn’t really seem to care much.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. The owner, Michael, directly handled our move. They arrived 15 minutes early and loaded everything with such speed and efficiency, I was blown away. They were all incredibly courteous and professional. They handled the specific time frame needs of our move with understanding and efficiency so that we could get all of our heavy furniture in during a set time frame of using the freight elevator in our new apartment. I have participated in dozens of moves over the last few years and will not use or recommend another moving company ever.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Clients can expect a follow-up call from us. They can expect the details of the move on our end. Likewise on what they need or expect during their move from us. Also I will give them an arrival time and a 30min courtesy call so we all can be on the same page

Professionalism,Hard work, Fast pace,Dedication, Commitment, communication. My clients will expect the best from us nothing less and we will give 100% at all times safely.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Being prepared mentally for their move. Stay in communication with their mover. Keep everything within their home safe and out the way so the movers and can do their job safely...meaning children, unnecessary items not being moved,etc. Having the right materials and making sure everything that was talk about is being perform as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
During the course of my 20 plus years moving exp I've handled long distance and local moves....mainly long distance. I handle moves in harsh weather over the road carrying all types of pianos. I provide inventory to assure clients items are safe kept. I provided packing load,unload,etc. Over the road I dealt with alot of loading semi with cars,golf carts the strangest things but it was fulfilled. I handled hoist moves scraping furniture on a rope hoisting it on cliff side mountains to the steepest tide spac
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part being a professional mover is the clients...putting a smile on their face when their move is completed safely. As a mover the traveling excited me because I see something new each day interacting with all sorts of life. My biggest thing about being a professional mover is being recognized for what you are doing and clients understanding the labor put into it.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide a refresher training course every 3 months to assure that my guys get the proper knowledge needed when moving clients safely. Also give them a talk on proper dress codes and how to move in harsh weather conditions as needed
