I had hired Reliable Movers in Ft Collins to help unload a rental truck at my daughters new condo. Blake, Conner and Andreas came early as we arranged with a previous phone call which worked out well. These guys were so polite and respectful--asking where we wanted everything and how they addressed us. They had the truck unloaded in no time and didn't mess around. If i were to grab a box or move a shelf over, one of them was right there saying "I can do that for you". They did bring to our attention a cracked box spring that the guys on the other end (loading) caused by placing heavy boxes up against it and didn't move anything until one of us looked at it. I would definitely use these guys again!!!--even ask for these same guys by name. I was really impressed. Thank you for making my daughters move-in painless on this end!

Showed up 4 hours late even though the night before they said they would be 1 hour early. I called over a dozen times with no answer so didnt know if they would show at all. Promised to stay until job was done but left before it was. Smoked and was high on the job. Broke light switch in house, dinged, dented, and scratched fridge and freezer. Worst of all we had to repack half the truck as they did a terrible job and 30% of our stuff was left in the garage when they said "nothing more could fit". Upon packing the truck correctly, we got all our stuff in the truck. Would not recommend them.

I was late. My fault. They couldn't be reached by phone but communicated via text that they could still help. They couldn't and I was left scrambling several hours after I initially notified them of problem... That I was late.
