Definitely a help. Quick and efficient. Needed help moving furniture back into a house after having the hardwood floors refinished. The helpers were careful and set furniture down without sliding. I would definitely hire them again, they were on time and quick. I do appreciate their help.

I have been asked to do a review, but feel it's bit early for this, as the proof of how well the movers did won't be known until the POD is unloaded about a week from now. I will say the two young men worked hard and didn't slack off. I am a little concerned they didn't use any of the racheting (sp?) straps I had available and only minimal use of the moving blankets I also had available. Also not quite sure why they felt it was necessary to take a recliner apart, so hope someone on the other end knows how to put it back together again. They assured me everything was packed tight so there would be minimal shifting, but I guess the proof will come when the POD is unloaded.

After booking with us you will be contacted asap by one of our local professional movers, to go over the details of your move and answer any questions you might have. You will also have our direct phone number that you can call or text anytime. You can expect peace of mind that you will get your moneys worth when picking our moving services.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, we will be arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled move. We like to be early just to get settled in and introduce ourselves. Once we begin, just sit back and be amazed at how quick we work while being careful at the same time! You won't have to worry about rude, unprofessional movers when picking us. Instead, you will receive a 5 star moving experience from friendly, polite, strong movers who know what they are doing!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To make moving day as easy as possible, the battle is won in the prep work. Boxes are safely packed and organized, ready to be taken. Make sure you have everything that you don't want taken on the moving truck separated, so we don't accidentally pack it with your other belongings. But don't worry about covering furniture, or disassembling, or disconnecting appliances. We will take care of all of that for you!
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local residential and small office moves. Although we have done some long distance moves as well, we are mostly local. We have done everything from small jobs like an in-house rearrange to big jobs like out of state moves. No matter what the move is, we'll be there for you!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is being there for somebody who really needs help. In most cases, they could not have done their move without us and the gratitude that they show when it is all finished is, hands down, is our favorite part of being a mover! Although, we are really the grateful ones for you choosing us. We hope to continue to help people everywhere for a long time to come!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We here at the Super Moving Bros. believe in constantly learning and getting better every day. Not only do we have a training orientation for everybody who joins us, but we are constantly training while on moves, and we also have monthly meetings for extra training tips so everybody learns together. We are very serious about learning and growing and staying focused on our goal. Our goal is to be movers for life for you, your family, and friends!
