The guys were great! I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with!
Moving is stressful, they were pleasant, polite, fun to be around. Although they never stopped moving always picking something up, carrying something out packing it away.
We would call them again in a heartbeat.

As professional movers I expected a lot more courtesy and knowledge in packing a moving truck. The main guy is who my review refers to, his partner didn't say much, listened to me and was respectful. The main guy complained quite a bit about previous jobs, either how long they took or how much stuff they had.
At one point, I was not comfortable about how some of my fragile/expensive antique furniture was being carelessly placed into the truck, so I asked if it could be packed better to be protected, that I didn't want heavy boxes placed on certain pieces. He ignored me and said it would be fine. So I moved a couple mattresses myself to protect my things, since he was ignoring me. It was the right move. Those pieces would not have stood up to having boxes placed on them and he didn't give any other suggested plan. Being my stuff, this I should be allowed to move them around if I think they aren't being packed properly. He came into the house and asked me in a rude tone if he was still to be packing the truck, which is what he was hired for, so I was confused and taken back by the question. His response to that was that I kept going in there and moving stuff so he wasn't sure if he was still loading the truck (I went in one time to protect MY stuff because he wasn't listening to my requests).
From that point, there were constant snarky comments to my friend and my mother in law regarding the job and he clearly expressed his desire to not be there anymore and it was taking too long. This started before the 2 hours was up. As a mother of 6 children, trying to clear out a house on my own (husband was already in the other state), I was already stressed as is and his constant remarks, attitude and body language caused me more stress and discomfort.
When I would ask for suggestions on packing the truck, he seemed confused on how to do the job. I asked for a large glass picture frame to be boxed and then taped, he did not tape it and instead walked right by me with it and told me where he's putting it may not be the safest. The last bit of stuff was carelessly loaded and some stuff I said not to load, was loaded.
When I hire movers and I make requests, I expect that they listen to my requests or have knowledge on how to do something better and he had none. I didn't realize he caused me so much stress until they left and my stress levels went way down.
One of my first thoughts was if the previous jobs he complained about were made to feel the same way by him. I certainly would not allow him into my home again.

After booking with us you will be contacted asap by one of our local professional movers, to go over the details of your move and answer any questions you might have. You will also have our direct phone number that you can call or text anytime. You can expect peace of mind that you will get your moneys worth when picking our moving services.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, we will be arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled move. We like to be early just to get settled in and introduce ourselves. Once we begin, just sit back and be amazed at how quick we work while being careful at the same time! You won't have to worry about rude, unprofessional movers when picking us. Instead, you will receive a 5 star moving experience from friendly, polite, strong movers who know what they are doing!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To make moving day as easy as possible, the battle is won in the prep work. Boxes are safely packed and organized, ready to be taken. Make sure you have everything that you don't want taken on the moving truck separated, so we don't accidentally pack it with your other belongings. But don't worry about covering furniture, or disassembling, or disconnecting appliances. We will take care of all of that for you!
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local residential and small office moves. Although we have done some long distance moves as well, we are mostly local. We have done everything from small jobs like an in-house rearrange to big jobs like out of state moves. No matter what the move is, we'll be there for you!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is being there for somebody who really needs help. In most cases, they could not have done their move without us and the gratitude that they show when it is all finished is, hands down, is our favorite part of being a mover! Although, we are really the grateful ones for you choosing us. We hope to continue to help people everywhere for a long time to come!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We here at the Super Moving Bros. believe in constantly learning and getting better every day. Not only do we have a training orientation for everybody who joins us, but we are constantly training while on moves, and we also have monthly meetings for extra training tips so everybody learns together. We are very serious about learning and growing and staying focused on our goal. Our goal is to be movers for life for you, your family, and friends!
