Were they on time? Yes, they contacted us beforehand to let us know exactly when they would arrive. Were they prepared for the job? Yes, they arrived ready to work. Did they work hard? Yes, they worked the entire time. Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes, they took their time with heavy items and discussed a plan of action before difficult maneuvers such as going up stairs. Would you use them again? Yes, without a doubt. I thought “helping to pack” was listed as an included service. At first, they only loaded items onto the moving truck. That portion was acceptable. I had already informed the services that we would be approximately 90% packed by the time they arrived. We were more like 65%. They (3 guys) didn’t help pack anything. They stood around waiting for us to pack and bring boxes to the door. My sister clocked their use of standing by and texting on their cell phones or sitting down several times during their booked time. Granted it was a hot day, and we continued to supply them with cold bottled water. But if you see the home owner’s working their a*s off, you should jump in and help pack!!! Don’t stand around and wait for boxes to be handed to you!!! My husband is over 70 yrs old. It took double the time we expected. We’ve used packing and loading services before. This time was very disappointing, to say the least.
Very respectful and helped organized how best to place items in truck. Hard working too! Would hire again.

They were alright....nice enough but seemed to get a bit lazy pretty quick. Dropped one or two of my boxes and scraped some furniture. Last year I used a different service who sadly was not available this time around....but these guys were a little older and got the job done so fast and with no damages.
The helper is broke a couple of my things in my home now I have to fill out a complaint form on them did not use the pads that I bought to cover my refrigerator and ding that that all up

Expect a phone call from the field manager within 24 hours of booking job. Our managers should ask the following questions. Do you need assembly or disassembly? do you need help with organization or packing? what items do you think we need for a dolly? how many stairs are in this move? and is there anything that you are worried about specifically in this move (any fragile items)
how ever many helpers the booked to show up in a timely manner and call ahead of the job they will be prepared, equipped & ready to work! Packing a truck so nothing moves or breaks along with making sure the customer is satisfied with our services. We do ask the client to let us do our job, we understand it can be a stressful experience but we are here to help and treat your belongings as our own.
Make sure everything is boxed up and organized in a orderly fashion. Have a list for our movers to organize accordingly.
We do anything from local moves, to cross country moves. Personally we have covered over 50 across state line moves along with over 500 in state moves ( within states we are located in 100 mile radius ) . We are not only a labor moving company but a full service moving company that provides the most cost efficient and top notch quality service. We move anything from offices , to houses, we also do market ready clean outs ( junk removals ) and we provide discounts to our military clients!
Not only is it amazing exercise but it gives me and my movers a chance to expand their minds and play Tetris in a way while packing and unpacking a truck/and or storage unit while working moving jobs. While working junk removal jobs it is a definite work out and way to release stress and built up tension.
We first teach them how to pack a truck, securing boxes making sure they don't crush/break anything, we teach them how to maneuver doorways without scratching the frame, we provide the best training of communication which is a major thing in this industry that alot of moving companies do not have, talking to your crew member making sure they are ok and can lift the item they are needing assistance with, We provide professionalism by staying off of our phones and focusing solely on the client

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
We do not refund for any unused time.
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
