I appreciated their help, but would not use them again - I've worked with other companies that were much more efficient and less costly. They were not on time, but did apologize for the delay. I paid upfront for two people for two hours and when three helpers showed up, I was told it would be the same amount of money in the end because three people would work the job faster than two would. At the end of the day, the job did not go faster and I paid much more than I anticipated and had budgeted for.

I originally scheduled the day prior to them showing. I received a phone call 8 minuets after the start time, saying they would not be able to show up. They did Show up the next morning an hour late. We had to leave town a day latter than planned and costing me more money. The two men that showed up were very nice and worked hard. I wouldn't recommend them simply because the scheduler and supervisor didn't really care that they were creating more trouble and didn't seem like they cared that them being late was delaying our move and didn't want to compensate more for being late.

A couple of boxes that were to be left out of the pod were loaded in in a location where we could not get out causing us to purchase undergarments for our move.
This box was not to be in the pod so we could take them in the car with us.
Other than that things were good. Our final determination will be when we unload to determine if there is any damage. The two men were very nice and polite.

I waited to post the review until our stuff arrived and we saw the condition o our belongings.
The movers called letting us know that they are running about 10 minutes late, which wasn't a problem. When they arrived we asked them to be extra careful with our almost new and expensive refrigerator. Well enough, they put a big dent in it. No apologies, no promise to make things right. They did work hard, but they did their own thing. They refused to tie the stuff as we asked them to, stating that they stacked them up in such a manner that the things won't fall or shift. Many of the items got dinged, and nicked (chairs, lamps etc.). I can say that they didn't care much about our property and goods. I wouldn't recommend them t anyone and I would definitely not use them again.

Workers were good hard working kids. They showed up on time and worked continuesly the full two hours. They wanted to please. Some of our furniture was very heavy and they did a good job carring it up the flight of stairs to the second story. We would use them again.
