I was very disappointed in the service and would not recommend or use this company again. The two young men that came out were very polite. However, they clearly did not know what they were doing. In fact, one of the two young men told me that he was brand new and just learning "this moving stuff." Not reassuring. They were unloading to a second floor apartment with one set of stairs. They started by looking at the apartment and asking where we'd want to place items. We kept it very simple: all furniture in this area, all boxes in this area; we would sort between rooms later. However, the entire time they'd ask where we wanted each piece of furniture and most of the boxes; we continually gave the same response. They carried everything up on their backs and couldn't see what they were doing; we frequently had to help them set things down so that they wouldn't simply drop everything, which still happened. They stacked boxes marked fragile with the box upside down and at the bottom of the stack. It's fair to say that they were not careful with our belongings. They took longer to unload the truck then it took for the movers in the other state to load (and they had 5 sets of very narrow stairs to manage). And it would have taken even longer if we had not helped unload ourselves. The young men were nice, but for the service we received, we overpaid. After such great service on the other end, it was very disappointing and frustrating to have such a bad experience.

The movers were on time and prepared to begin loading my POD immediately. They worked very hard to pack my POD and they took good care of my belongings. I would call on them again for future moving needs.

The three men who were provided to unload my POD were very professional and careful with my property. They laid down blankets in all areas they walked in to protect the carpet and hard wood floor. I had some very heavy pieces of furniture and they worked very hard. My only criticism would be that they didn't come with any kind of equipment to help them move the items and relied purely on physical strength. They may have been able to complete the job quicker if they had the proper equipment. I would use them again.

Andrew took time to answer all my questions and there were a lot of them The movers were on time, friendly, efficient and very conscious to be careful with my items. The pod was packed very well and secure for my cross country move! Even ended up with a little extra room. I would recommend and use this company again.
